Center Positioning Die Set for Round Disc Cutter

Use this Delrin® centering die set with your round disc cutter set to make perfectly centered ring (washer) components.

Simply cut a hole in your sheet with a punch the size of your desired inner ring diameter. Then move the metal to the larger punch size and use the appropriate centering die to center the metal. Then clamp the metal securely and punch a hole with the punch size of your desired outside ring size. Simple and effective!

Set includes 10 die sizes in 1/8" to 1-1/4" in 1/8" increments (corresponding to the die sizes in the round disc cutter set - DSN-363).

The 1/8" die is made of steel, not Delrin, for durability.
