Project X .999 Silver Clay boasts an extended working time, allowing you to shape and refine your creations with ease. One of the standout features of Project X .999 Silver Clay is its incredible firing range. It can be fired using both a torch and a kiln, providing you with maximum convenience and flexibility. Plus, it can be fired at lower temperatures, making it accessible to a wide range of jewelry makers.
Project X .999 Silver Clay delivers an ultra-high polish, giving your jewelry a professional and refined finish.
The clay needs to be compressed/kneaded when opening. Check out the video to watch how. Project X is different than the other clays on the market and should be used slightly differently. Do not add water to the clay when opening fresh clay as this breaks down the binder. Instead, roll the clay very thin a few times. This compresses the clay and activates the binders.

"#1 Follow the directions on how to condition. This clay is a little different. But once you do that correctly. It is fabulous. I love the higher shrinkage rate for details. And the fact that you can solder on this without having to burnish is amazing!!!"

"I have been working with metal clays for over 25 years, have fired 1000s of pieces and this is the worst clay I have worked with X 100. I found the working time to be near zero, even after conditioning as directed. I hope it was just a bad batch, but will not be ordering again to find out."
