Lovely garnets

"I love the color and clarity of these genuine faceted garnets. They fit perfectly into the fine silver prong settings of the same size. I never fire these and only add them after I have tumbled the fired piece. They can also be used with tube settings."

"I've only used one so far, but my intention is to fire the gems in PMC designs. The one I used was for my first PMC gemstone setting, so I had to make a repair and re-fire. The stone withstood 1500 degrees for a total time of almost 2 hours and held up beautifully!"
