Paragon SC Series Vent Hole Plug

This is the ceramic plug for the vent hole in a Paragon SC Series kiln. The kiln can be run with or without the vent hole plug, but should always be removed when burning out wax (when using the kiln as a burn-out over for casting), and when co-firing glass and metal clay to avoid silver fuming.

REQUIRED FOR GLASS FUSING

"I recently purchased a Paragon SC2, and was disappointed when I could not fuse glass without the vent plug. I guess you do not need it for silver clay, so I did not get it with the kiln. I was sad to have to wait! So if you plan to fuse Dichro, get this product!"
