Torch - Micro-Torch

Heats to 2370°F. Use to torch fire fine silver clay and small soldering jobs. For torch firing, here's a great solution. The refillable Micro Torch uses inexpensive butane fuel and has a 90 minute burn capacity per fill. It has a built-in igniter and reaches a maximum temperature of 2370°F. Fire any form or type of metal clay with this torch*. This torch is also a great tool for quick and easy fusing or soldering on small items like jump rings, chain ends, findings , bezels, and balling wire. The flame is fairly small, so there is a limit to the size project that can be heated or the diameter of wire that can be melted, about 16 gauge. The torch is safe to use and easy to operate. I usually remove the stand and use it as a dock for the torch.

Because butane is a flammable liquid, it incurs steep hazardous materials shipping surcharges for us to ship. It is more cost effective for you to purchase this fuel locally since it is readily available nationwide through hardware stores, drug stores and smoke shops. For this reason, we do not offer the butane fuel.

The Micro Torch has been successfully tested by an independent testing laboratory and meets the Safety Standards for Multi-Purpose Lighters (16 C.F.R. and 1212.17(b) of the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC)

Micro Torch os available at Harbor Freight!!!

"The Micro Torch is a very good tool for many small projects,,,,it's also a really great torch to use for dabbing. I picked up two of them at the local Harbor Freight tool supply store near where I live in Mesa AZ. They are only $14.99 and that's nkt on sale, that's the normal everyday price that Harbor Freight sells the Micro Torch for. They also carry a 3-in-1 cordless soldering iron equiped with a Piezo auto ignition switch, adjustable flame control and 3 modes; solder iron tip, hot air blower, and micro torch. It os an exact duplicate of the Bernzomatic 3-in-1 only difference is the color scheme. I am pretty sure that it is built im the same factory as the Bernzomatic. Anyway both are great products. The 3-in-1 is $18.99. Great prices too!"

Ignitor Doesn't Click!

"I bought this as part of the solder kit, but I also am using it to fire small silver clay pieces. The torch will not ignite after using it only 4-5 times, so I light it up with my own lighter used for the bar-b-que grill. I'm thinking of buying a larger torch."

Good little torch

"For the money, this is a great torch that does everything I wanted it to. It has a control so you can dial the flame up or down, has an ignition button, and a button to keep the flame going continuously."
