In this video, Karen shows how to inlay crushed opal into ring blanks created from The Ring Maker. She carves out a low area of the ring blank and after firing, inlays the crushed opal. After drying, Karen shows how to sand the inlaid opal to achieve a smooth, polished, and flawless surface.
