FIMO® Polymer Clay

FIMO bakes to a hardened state in a kitchen or polymer clay oven, and can be carved, filed, cut, and painted once baked. Colors are fade-proof, odorless, and washable.

FIMO Polymer Clay has a firm, smooth texture making it easy to knead and easy to mix colors. Use for making jewelry, home decor items, scrapbooking projects, embellishments, figures and more! Intermix with other colors and use modeling tools to create small details.

FIMO vs Premo

"I've been using Premo polymer clay exclusively based on other artists' recommendations, however, I needed a dark blue color that Premo didn't have, so I ordered it in FIMO. It was suprisingly brittle and difficult to use. I put it through my pasta machine 20 times but it was still very leathery. Regardless, I used it as one of 4 colors in a mokume gane bracelet, but I had to scrap the project due to all the visible faults in that one color. FIMO brand polymer clay? Never again."
