Baldwin's Patina - 4oz

Specially formulated oxidizer turns copper a rich brown. Does not color silver, gold or nickel alloys.

Directions

Clean silver or gold parts thoroughly by ultrasonically cleaning or electro-cleaning. Rinse well.
For Silver: Immerse in or apply Black Max with a cloth or applicator until desired finish is obtained. 10 - 30 seconds.
For Gold: Use a mild steel applicator (non-stainless). Apply Black Max with several passes. Oxidation is concentrated where steel and gold are in contact.
Highlight raised areas with a polishing cloth or buff.

Note: Wear protective gloves, avoid contact with skin. This product contains tellurium compounds and hydrochloric acid. Do not inhale.

"Have not used the patina yet but hoping it will do the job. Thank you. I like the range of products and your service is great. The postage however is limiting me purchasing more items from you at this stage. I am hoping you may cosider adding extra sizes like 13...13 1/2, even 14 to your silicone ring mandrel range...... In order to make a size 12 1/2 ring one needs to go up a size and and half to two sizes + to compensate for most metal clay shrinkages. Just these few sizes would make your ring mandrel set the best anywhere.Thank you again and best regards, Stephen"
