Use heavy gauge copper with metal stamping tools, as a base for metal clay and decorative metal stampings and castings. These copper shapes are 18 gauge (.04", 1mm) top quality material. The copper is oxygen and phosphorous free. Use these shapes to make pendants, charms and other jewelry components. Can be enameled, stamped and co-fired with base metal clays. Sizes and styles may vary slightly.

What is oxygen and phosphorous free copper?
Oxygen free copper is considered a better choice for enameling over standard copper. The metal is heated and fabricated in an oxygen-free atmosphere to avoid introducing oxygen into the final product. This allows for less oxidation during enamel firing, and therefore less firescale to deal with.
