Tricky stone

"This truly is a beautiful stone. I had purchased the stones not realizing that they could not be fired in place. They had an A B coating on the back of them so I had to change my design and use a prong setting instead of a fire in place design. The customer service was wonderful. I texted as well as called them to get advice and they were extremely helpful and expedient in their response."
