This round hoop mandrel is solid steel and tapers from 3/8" to 2" (10mm to 52mm) for a wide range of rings, earrings, hoops and bracelets giving it a great variety of uses. The weight of solid steel gives it the heft that one needs to more easily work non-ferrous metals. Length 12".

"It definitely heavy! I really appreciate the range in sizes of taper, though some sort of measurement markings would be an excellent addition. I noticed it dented pretty easily when lightly hammering a ring. I guess you just have to make sure not to miss! I've also noticed several pits in the finish, and won't be surprised to see rust develop there in the future. All in all, a pretty good deal"
