"This was the third order placed with Cool Tools and it arrived, as did the previous ones quickly, well wrapped, and just as advertised. When I want a new project I check out their learning videos. This time I made the sliding pendant and followed the video, multiple times, while I made my version. It was a keeper! I couldn't wait to wear it and sure enuf got lots of Wows! Love what I can learn to make..for free. Costs me a fortune to take a class with local company and their projects are nothing at all like the creative ones on Cool Tools..and I can buy the right products on their web site: no wrong size, wrong tool, or missing tool once I open the package of clay.
