An acrylic disc is terrific for mixing lump form metal clay into paste, and to mix products such as Accent Silver or Accent Gold, and for a base for creating molds. It's so easy to hold in one hand to get closer to your work. These "see through" tools can be used to make clay snakes, used as a press, or used as a project drying boards.
Use wax to fix small pieces to the disc to polish more easily, especially when using stainless steel wheels with a rotary tool. Each disc is 1/8" thick and 2-1/2" in diameter.

"It is so easy to make your paste / slip on this disk using a palette knife. You can use it directly from this disk or transfer your freshly made slip to an air tight container."
