Designed by Pam East, this stainless steel firing spatula features a tapered, slightly cupped blade that is ideal for picking up any trivet, from the smallest to full-size trivets and easily handles all Pam East trivet styles. The stainless steel spatula is designed in two parts allowing you to collapse the spatula for storage or travel, easily reassembling it in seconds as needed. The shaped handle provides sturdy support and firm grip as the spatula is used. A simple wing-nut secures the handle either in the closed or open position. When collapsed, the spatula measures just 9-1/2" long; when open, it is a full 18" long.
