Great colour, with packaging problem
"For anyone looking for a neon green powder pigment, please note that this is slightly more on the yellow side of the spectrum. Earth Pigments' "signal green" is slightly on the blue side. Both are very intense neon colours as in the picture, and if you want to lean on the yellow side I recommend this! However, the lid had come loose during shipping and lots of powder escaped the jar. Thankfully it is sealed within a separate resealable bag, so powder didn't cover the rest of the items in the box. However, it'll be quite a hassle to clean up. CoolTools, make sure your lids are on tight!"
