These fluorescent neon pigments will wake you up in a hurry. They can be combined with virtually any medium and applied as a paint or glaze, creating vibrant color where you want it.
These pigments contain no animal products and have not been tested on animals. They are exclusively sourced from ethical supply lines.
Note: These are not kiln or torch safe. Mica Powder is kiln and torch safe.
