The quality nylon will not mar or scratch, while providing the hardness needed to bend wires. You can bend, twist, and create without fear of nicking up your soft wires. Use with fine silver, dead soft sterling, copper and other soft metals. Box joint stainless steel with comfort PVC grip will allow long periods of use without hand fatigue. Customer support is awful...

"I've been with you guys like 6 years for now, first time it happened that parcel was lost and undelivered. From my side, as a business owner I may say that in this cases I'm the one that takes charge to solve it and even refund, though I know usps messes sometimes. But it's ridiculous, that he girl on the phone sounded unprofessional and like " it's even not her business ", promising to call back. Never happened! Like you really don't care?... well.. I had to go through all the facilities, looking for it... seems like I have to look for alternative.. frustrating..."
