Powder coating is an accessible way of adding vibrant colors to your pieces. Dip or sift colors onto clean metal and bake in a toaster oven. Heat metal at curing temperature of powder coating for 10 minutes before application. Powder coat any metal, fired metal clay, glass, plastic, wood, etc.
Aqua Clear is a transparent light teal. This color is a polyurethane top coat powder coat and has a high gloss finish. Bake at 400°F/204°C for 10 minutes
The first color sample shown is over aluminum. The second color sample shown is over brass. Color may vary over different substrates.

"Love these powder coats. Pretty easy to use (1sr try) Colors are great. I dipped one deaf & decided too light & accidently redipped in aqua & it looks great. Lessons learned: it needs to hang & don’t lay on wire. It stuck to wire on back & pooled up on front. The 1 stud earring I hung from wire turned out best. Can’t wait to buy more colors."

"The results are so much like enamel it is hard to tell them apart and they can be mixed to create other shades. I also found that you can powder coat one side with a heat gun to warm the metal and then to heat the coating resulting in a faster application and great results!"
