"I ordered two of these, and received two beautiful, but mismatched settings. A replacement pair was dispatched immediately, which I thought was excellent service, however it was dispatched to my previous address and I am still waiting to hear back from Cool Tools to resolve this as my replacements have been delivered to another country. Regarding the settling itself, I am very happy with it, and found it easy to use.
