outstanding set of cutters!!
"Getting perfectly sized pallions is always a challenge. These cutters make perfect pallions with consistent size and with the hole placed over your solder container, they stay contained. I highly recommend these - especially when compared to other cutters... the hole where the solder wire is inserted makes these a "cut above the rest"!!"

Well worth the price!
"Tired of losing little pieces of solder (on the floor, on the table, into thin air) I finally bought a pair. Now the solder falls into the storage jar reliably. No more wasted solder!"

love it!
"I wish I owned one sooner. It is so nice to not have solder flying to who knows where."

Works great!
"Cuts very well, easily and without any force. Cuts very uniform pieces of solder. I love it!"

Lack of spring impairs ease of use
"As advertised, the pliers very effectively cut solder into even pallions. However, the lack of any type of spring means you must 'reopen' the pliers after each cut to initiate another cut.I figured out how to hold the pliers using one of my fingers free to 'open' the pliers after each cut, but quickly had wrist strain."
