Sully's Clay - Organic Blade Cutters

Perfect for creating clean, precise lines, decorative edges, interesting borders and ring bands, they’re a handy addition to your clay tool collection.

Each blade is approximately 110mm long and up to 10mm high. Blade thickness is approximately 0.3 cm.

How to Use

1. Prepare the Clay & Cutter - Roll your clay to your desired thickness. Add release such as CoolSlip to the cutting edge to prevent the clay from sticking.

2. Cut Your Design - Position the blade on your clay and press down firmly and evenly. Use the different blade designs to create straight or decorative cuts, borders and ring bands.

3. Dry & Fire - Allow the clay to dry completely, then fire according to the manufacturer’s instructions for your chosen metal clay.

Tip! These blades are great for experimenting with decorative edges. Try combining different blade designs to create unique borders and details in your pieces.

Care Instructions - Hand wash only using warm, soapy water. Do not use boiling water, bake, or expose the blades to high temperatures.

Material - Made from Polylactic Acid (PLA), a bio-based thermoplastic produced from renewable resources such as corn starch and sugarcane. Cutter color may vary.

How They’re Made - Each cutting blade is individually 3D printed using FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling). Due to the nature of the 3D-printing process, fine layer lines may occasionally transfer to the clay. Please take this into consideration before purchasing.
