The Textured Snake Maker is the ultimate tool to make all kind of snakes, tubes, tentacles, and wires. With this tool, you can now give your pieces a unique look that has never been easier to achieve! Use different texture plates for a variety of looks. Make snakes up to 75mm length without joints. Use with or without guide bars. Use the guide bars to hold the plates or to get an extra 45º position for new textures. Guide bars are also stackable to allow you to make thicker pieces.
Depending on your sculpting material you may need to wet repeatedly the plates or your fingers with a little bit of water to reduce stickiness.
Use a toothbrush to clear any residue from plates if required, and never use wire brushes or metal implements since plates may be damaged.

"Was really excited to use the snake maker on first use it was quite stiff I added a little olive oil and wiped it off worked it a few times and became a little easier to roll I squished the clay a few times but now I have accomplished getting perfect texture snakes"

"I love this tool, I forgot about it for a while and got it back out and it’s really fun to create interesting snakes. Sometimes I use the end caps but most the time I don’t and I just put a snake on one platform and then I take another one and roll it like I do with a regular snake roller. I’m so glad you came up with this because I don’t know how I would accomplish this any other way."

"I had such high hopes for this tool however I have been unable to make a textured snake without squishing it. I have had a little bit of luck now using the snap on sides but nothing I have been able to use. It would be better if the space between the top and bottom were further apart. I'm going to keep trying."
