"There is nothing wrong with the trivet rack. My problem with it was that the UltraLite kiln I bought from CoolTools does not come with a decent trivet... so... I had to cut down the height of the trivet rack... as well as cut off all four corners of it in order for it to fit inside the kiln. So, it's a good product but due to CoolTools not selling an adequate trivet for the kiln they sell... it was a lot of work. By the way, this is a hint for CoolTools to fix the problem so that others don't have to go through the same thing."
