Sanding Needles - Pkg/3

These plastic sanding needles are perfect for getting into very small areas that are nearly impossible with conventional tools. Ideal for fine detailed work, removing flash on casting seams in tight corners, metal clay, compound curves, sculpting miniatures and decorative work.

The coarsest (grey 150 grit) sanding needle is perfect for the initial stage of the finishing process and can be used to remove deep imperfections or surface defects. The medium (blue 240 grit) sanding needle, used next, allows you to smooth and eliminate the coarser scratches created during initial sanding. Finally, the finest (white 320) sanding needle levels and smooths providing a delicate touch that prevents excessive material loss during your final finishing stage.

Perfect for plastic, resin, metals, clays or wood.  Sanding Needles are washable and reusable. Package of 3, one of each grit: 150 Grit Grey, 240 Grit Blue and 320 Grit White

Sanding in small spaces

"These are handy to sand in small spaces."

Tanya L. (5/5)

I love these little sanding sticks!

"I received a set of these in my swag bag 2 years ago at an AMCAW Sinter convention. I love them. Three different grits, a point that gets into the tiniest of places that has a sharp edge on one side and a round curve on the other that tapers down to the point. They work great for refining small details on green ware metal clay. I’ve even used them to carve clay with. So happy to find them online! Now I have two sets, one for silver and one for base metals."

Sanding is easy with this product!

"I'm new to polymer clay. I'd much rather sand with this product than the dremel. Thank you Cool Tools!"

Sanding needles

"The needles work very well. They get into tight spots within your clay design and smooth out the rough edges. Very happy with them."
